Electric Ireland moves into residential solar market

Electric Ireland is a company which produces Photovoltaic solar panels. For the first time, they offer photovoltaic solar panels for Irish residentials. This package includes six panels and a custom mobile app which shows your power savings. Also, you can use the excess power to heat water.

The panels cost  €5,000 to fit and an extra charge €500 for a diverter if customers want to use the excess power to heat water rather than return it to the grid.
